FUNCTION PACKAGES

On the following page we include some sample menus to help you plan your function. Below are the different packages we offer, or we can alternatively tailor make one to suit your particular event.

A choice of two courses, three choices in each.
(Entrée & main OR main & dessert). See menu's below.

Menu option 2

$60.00 A trio of entrées, choice of Main, trio of dessert

A very popular option as the entree can be served immediatly

Menu Option 3
$65.00
Entrée, Assiette campagnarde (meat, seafood 7 marinated vegetables antipasto).

Allowing for more interaction in between guest

Main & Dessert, three choices in each.

Menu Option 4
$70.00
Three courses with three Choices in each.

Menu Option 5
$80.00 Deluxe four courses. four choices in each.
(Hors-d'œuvre, entree, main, dessert & cheeses)
This package includes seafood.

  • Vegetarian meals or other dietary requirements can be provided.
  • Choices in each package are the individual’s selection NOT ALTERNATE.
  • Beverages can be included prior to the function or billed per table.
  • A $ 20.00 deposit per person will be required on confirmation
    of booking.
  • We will print a menu for you; it can be personalised with your company logo, the name of your guest or your major sponsor at no extra cost.
  • We will be pleased to discuss any individual needs you might have in order to create a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

Barramundi with a seasonal salad and a fresh herb cream sauce

Boneless chicken breast filled with King Island brie, avocado and shallots served with a honey chilli sauce

Prime eye fillet wrapped in prosciuto on garlic mash with a red
wine sauce Cooked medium rare / medium only

L’ASSIETTE CAMPAGNARDE
French style Antipasto platter: cold meats, seafood and marinated vegetables served with fresh breads

Half a duck twice roasted, mostly boned out glazed with a touch of
honey & cointreau
